Configuration Parameters

The system we provide has a complex configuration module. With it you can fit the system to the needs of your company. With it, you can set up and define key parameters, including:

• The working time of the Trade Representative — in addition to determining the length of time of employment – it is also necessary to decide whether the representative’s arrival at the first customer and return to his / her place of residence should be included.

• Customer Visits Specification — the ability to add individual customer visits on a selected date or at the desired time.
• Filtering — depending on the data you have previously imported, you can create filters that make it easier to distinguish between customer types, such as store chains.
• Attribute display — determine what information can be displayed on the labels in individual modules – such as customer or representative labels.

Predetermined configuration of parameters may vary depending on distribution channels or user type.
