Organization module

The system we provide, more specifically in the “Organization” module, will allow you to organize your organization’s hierarchical structure. Apart from separating individual regions or sales areas, you can also extract distribution channels. Thanks to this organizational structure, viewing the routes and geographical coverage of the territories will be much more efficient.

Creating the structure

To each director or sales manager you will be able to add dependent employees in an intuitive way. All you have to do is add the employee first, and then add attributes to the module. Afterwards, in order to be able to add geographic coverage to it in the future and to establish a position in the organization’s structure, the territory should be added. It is during the creation of a territory that you assign a previously created employee and select the distribution channel to which the territory should belong to.
